Form of payment
Kindershop accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express Cards. Personal checks
need to have the full name and address printed upon them. They have to be mailed in
advance made out to Kindershop for the full order amount plus shipping and handling
charges. After a three day waiting period, the order will be processed.
Shipping
Please refer to the chart for Shipping charges. Handling charge for the entire order
shipped to one address is $4.95. Please allow 10 business days for delivery on in-stock
Items unless noted otherwise. Products ordered at the same time may be shipped separately
or together depending on product size and availability. You will be contacted of any
delays or backorder. Special order items are subject to individual arrangements between
Kindershop and the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
For return of your purchase please call Kindershop at 719-575 9860 to receive a return
number. Items returned with proof of purchase will be refunded at the full price less
shipping and handling. A full refund is granted for 4 weeks after the product has been
discontinued by Kindershop. Send packages securely wrapped and prepaid to address below:

Orders outside the USA
Shipping charges outside the USA will be quoted on a case by case bases before the
placement of the actual order. Handling charges are $9.95 per order shipped to one
address. Payment outside the United States is by Credit Card only.
