Coach Hart utilizes the use of swim fins and swim snorkels for the swimmers. Ideally every swimmer should own their own snorkel and set of fins. 
Fins are swim fins, they are shorter than diving fins, please refer to the picture on the bottom of the page. They can either be ordered via All-American Aquatics,
or try to purchase them locally at All American Sports on Academy. Another option is to purchase basic rubber diving fins and cut them to size. The fins work much
better if they have a whole foot design and not a strap around the heel, again, please refer to picture. 
Swim snorkel are special as well, the snorkel passes straight over the face to the back. Only these type of snorkels work for coach's drills. 
A word of wisdom from experience, mark ALL equipment permanently with your name, they have a tendency to wonder away.
