City Gold Information

Meet location is Cheyenne Mt. High School,  Friday 7.18 - Sunday 7.20. It is a meet with qualifying times. Because so many of the teams in our league are year-round teams, these Q-times are very fast...often times faster than our Seasonal State Qualifying times. If your swimmer can qualify, it's a great experience for them to see how they stack up to kids that swim all year long! 8 & U do not have Qtimes, but they must have a "legal" finish time on record. Gold fees - $2.00 for individual events + $3.00 surcharge per swimmer.  Relays are free. Current Gold qualified Swimmers and their events (7.5.2008)

Please note that all 25 events and all 100 IM,s are going to be swum on Friday 8.1.2008. If your swimmer qualified for the 100 IMs they will have to be there by Friday morning.                                                                         State Info

LAST CHANCE: The meet is held at Colorado College this year. It is designed for swimmers who have event times that are within 10% of qualifying for the Seasonal State Meet. Your swimmer may have just one event to swim at this meet, or not be eligible to swim it at all. It is a weird meet. It often combines different strokes and all age groups in one heat, just to get the kids through.

These 3 championship meets have entry fees, and we can also swim relays. They  are around $3 to enter, and $2 per event. The State Meet is slightly higher. When you let Coach know about entering, we will want you to pay for the  meets at the same time if possible. The team pays for relays.

Please write checks for the  total to CSRC Swim Team. Include in the memo line the name of swimmer(s) and what the payment is for. Make all checks out to "CSRC Swim Team". Payments may be left in the "team box" behind the Club counter. You may have to ask for it. Please don't leave any payments in the "Team Folder".
